Thank you for your interest in the Plano West Summer Speech and Debate Camp! To enroll in the 2026 Summer session, please complete the Google registration forms below.
IMPORTANT message for students who have ALREADY completed the Google Form:
1. If you have NOT yet completed (1) the required forms or (2) payment, you MUST do so by 11:59pm on June 21, 2026.
2. Failure to complete ALL three parts of registration will make your child ineligible to participate in camp.
3. No refunds will be given to students who are deemed ineligible for camp by the June 21 deadline.

Required Forms
Complete & Email
Attached are the medical release, media release, student liability, student understanding, and parent understanding forms. Complete and email to pwshdebate@gmail.com with the subject "[Camper Name] Camp Required Forms 2026".
Please submit the required forms by June 21, 2026.
A final confirmation email will be sent after all three steps are completed.
